Summary
Bureaus admins can make employers/end clients inactive if they are no longer using the service. This is preferable to deleting them, since they can be made active again. Once you make them inactive, none of their workers or admins will be able to access the system. They also will also not be able to use any Cyberhire/CPO integration, since they are no longer using the system.
Walk-Through
Here is how to make an end client (employer) inactive in the system:
1. Login to your bureau admin account and head to the dashboard where you see your list of end clients:
2. Click on the the pencil icon to edit the employer you want to make inactive.
3. Now you will see the company information. Find the button that says "Deactivate." Be sure that you no longer want to give this company any access to the platform and continue by hitting deactivate.
4. Now you will get a warning screen that reminds you of the action you are taking. You are removing access for any worker and admin of that employer. They will not be able to use any Cyberhire/CPO integration, either, since you are disabling their account. Set the deactivation date for now (current day) or in the future (such as at the end of their billing cycle.)
5. If you want to deactivate them immediately, hit Deactivate Immediately (Effective [your date]). You will get a message telling you that you have made them inactive:
6. Then you will be able to see that employer listed under your Inactive tab of employers on your dashboard:
NOTE: If you choose a date in the future for them to be disabled, their accounts will work up until that date you selected.
Need to re-activate an employer?
Head to the inactive list of employers (the inactive tab). Now click on the edit (pencil) icon next to the employer you want to make active again. This will immediately give them all access again, but all CPO integration services will have to be re-enabled, including employee import and single sign on. Hit the button that says reactivate:

Once you hit the Reactivate button, you will see a green success bar at the top of your screen.
