Summary
This article will show you, a bureau admin, how to add an end client (also known as an employer) to the Onboard/CyberHire system. End clients are employer companies.
Walk-Through
1. Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard tab.
2. Hit the button that says “Add End Client.”
3. You will need to fill in all information at this point.
Note: For those with CPO, if you would like to integrate with CPO:
- Be sure to get the right company code for this employer, from CPO. This code is added under the field that says "CyberPay Company Code" and this will enable you to export CyberHire data to CPO. (See more about the CPO integration capabilities in the Integration With CPO article).
- Make sure to click "enable" under the CPO Integration section.
5. Ensure that the eSign integration dropdown says "Auto generate new group"
4. Click "Add" and the End Client will be adding to the platform.
5. Now you have added the employer, but no people or admins are tied to that employer, so that is your next step. See the Adding an End-Client Administrator article for more on how to invite an end client admin for this employer.
