Summary
This article will show you, an admin of some sort, how to add an End Client Admin to the system.
Typically, an admin might be someone in the following roles: HR managers/personnel, office managers, company owners or payroll specialists/payroll managers associated with your account.
Walk-Through
1. Head to the Dashboard tab.
2. Hit the "Invite Worker" button.
3. Now you will need to fill out all the worker information, including their phone number which you will need. From the dropdown, choose the worker type: Employee, Independent Contractor, or End Client Admin. In this case, adding an End Client Admin, they will be treated similar to an employee in terms of paperwork to fill out, but they can BYPASS that paperwork (see step 6).
Note: If you have CPO, and want Single Sign-On enabled for this admin, you will be able to make this possible by entering the admin's already existing CPO login name.
Note: Bureau Admins have the ability to invite either "End Client Admins" or top-level "Admins" -- for more on this see the article on Adding a Bureau Administrator.
4. Since you added an End Client Admin to the platform, you may want to not have them fill out any paperwork, in most cases. To do so, just de-select the paperwork before you invite them. Here is an example of how that can look when you de-select the forms, so they don't have to fill anything out:
In those cases where you do actually want them to fill out onboarding paperwork - like if they are indeed a new hire - then you can simply keep any paperwork/forms checked.
5. Now that you have chosen the type of worker (and tied them to the right company/employer if applicable) alongside completing the remainder of the steps, you can hit Send Invite and they will be invited to the platform via the email address you added.
6. The worker you have added to the platform will now receive an email inviting them to sign up. If they don't see it in their email, double check you typed their email in correctly or ask them to check their SPAM.
