Summary
This article walks through how to view and edit worker information and view and download forms.
If you are looking for a way to send out new forms/documents to a worker already in the system (the "Assigned Forms & Documents" tab), see this article.
Edit Worker Info
1. Navigate to the desired end client (employer) which the employee is under. Click on that end client name to see their admins, their employees, and their contract workers.
2. To edit an individual worker's information, click the "Edit" button (or the Status banner) in the list of workers. Alternatively, navigate to the worker page (viewing the worker) and then click "Edit Worker" in the top right.

3b. After you have modified their information, make sure to hit the "update" at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
View/Download Forms
1. Navigate to a worker's page. You can do this by clicking on the worker's name in the worker list or on the View button in the worker list (shown above).
2. On the Worker's Page, you can view all the "Worker Forms and Documents" which they have filled out as well as their onboarding progress.
If you wish to view a specific form, you may find it in the list and click on the download icon to download and view the form. If you want to download all the forms, you can do so with the "Download All" button.
Note: If you don’t see forms available to you, that means the worker has not finished filling them out completely. (Only completed/submitted forms are visible here.) If you are an admin, you will receive an email notification when a worker's paperwork has been completed.
