Resend Invite to Worker (Email & URL)

Summary

This article will show you how to resend an email invite to a worker.

You may want to do this if the user deleted their initial invite email or can no longer find it.

 

Whenever a worker is added to the system, they automatically receive an email invite. That invite looks something like the image below:

Note: If a worker is not receiving emails from the Onboard system, have them check their SPAM folder.

 

Walk-Through

In order to resend an invite email, follow the steps below:

 

1. Navigate to the worker's page you wish to invite.

  • All workers can be found under "Employees" or "Contractors" on the Company Dashboard.
  • Click "View Worker" or the worker's name.

2. Click the "Resend Invite" button.

  • All new workers should have already received an invite email.
  • You can resend an invite any number of times while the new worker has yet to accept the invite. So if you click the button 5 times, the user will receive 5 emails.

 

URL Link

3. Another way to get a user signed-up is to send them the URL link to their sign-in page. You can copy the link under the "Resend Invite" button on the worker page, then send this link to the worker at your convenience.

Note: This URL link is only available while the user is in the "Incomplete" status (before they have filled out their paperwork).
