Summary
This article will show you how to set up Single Sign-On (SSO) for CyberHire users, allowing them to log-in to CyberHire by clicking a button in CyberPay Online (CPO).
You might want to do this if you have administrators using both CyberHire and CPO who would find it more convenient to login CyberHire from CPO as opposed to just going straight to CyberHire (through the browser, a bookmark, or other link).
Note: Single Sign-On is an optional convenience, since users are always able to access CyberHire directly. SSO allows for CPO users to log-in simply with a button click. You do not have to access CyberHire this way, but you can.
Walk-Through
The Single Sign On feature can be done for a bureau admin or an end client admin, and the processes are similar. This article will walk through the process for an end client (employer) admin.
Before you begin: Be sure your bureau has ACTIVATED your CPO integration before you begin. The article on that is here. In other words, your CyberHire integration has to be turned on for you to be able to see the ability to use Single Single on.
If adding a new user...
When inviting a worker to CyberHire, you can set up SSO for them (assuming of course that they already have an account in CPO).
1. Click "Invite Worker" and fill out the information. When you select the user role, if CPO SSO is available for that role, you will see a checkbox appear:
2. Select the "CPO SSO" checkbox.
3. Fill in their CPO login name where indicated. This is the login field the user submits when logging into CPO. It can be found on the user's CPO profile. You must use the correct login name for SSO to work.
4. Click the "Save and Continue" button to complete the remainder of the steps.
If the user is already in the system...
You can edit their account so they have SSO capabilities.
1. Go to your list of End Client Admins within Onboard and click "Edit" on the end client admin you want to give SSO capabilities to.
2. You will see where you are now able to fill in their CPO login name. This is the login field the user submits when logging into CPO. It can be found on the user's CPO profile. You must use the correct login name for SSO to work.
3. Click "Update."
This is how a user accesses Single Sign-On...
1. Log into CPO Phoenix.
2. Select the the “CyberHire” menu link on the left hand side of the navigation.
3. Click the “Sign In” button.
If you are a payroll company with multiple employers...
Note that each company in CPO that will be using this service must be activated for CyberHire. That means you need to set up every employer in order for them to be able to use Single Sign-On, as well as other integration functionality. A full article on activating CPO integration is found here.
This option is on the Integrations page in the company setup.
The user permissions require both of these settings for the user:
a. The EE Onboarding Application option must be enabled for that user AND;
b. The user must have access to at least one company that has been configured for CyberHire
