Need to change/re-submit paperwork you already filled out? This article will show you how.
Here are the things you can change:

Basic Info - such as name, phone, email, address, country, SSN, gender, date hired, birth date

Direct Deposit

Withholding (taxes) — federal or state. Some of the info for states does not import completely due to differences in mapping between Onboard & CPO

State: w/h state, state exempt status, state additional w/h, state dependents amounts, state reduced amount

Federal: exempt status, pretty much all info on the W-4 (dependents, other income, other deductions, additional w/h, multiple jobs options)
A change-request is required to re-submit your paperwork. An admin from the company can then approve this change request so you can re-submit.
Walk-Through
1. After logging in, navigate to the "Change Requests" page.
2. Then select the types of changes you need to make. Only select the areas you wish to re-submit.
3. Click the "Submit Request" button.
Once an admin approves your change request, you will receive an email notifying you that you can now re-submit your paperwork/documents.
4. You can then log into Onboard and select "here" in the banner that will have appeared. This will pull up the paperwork for you to re-submit.
5. Your final step will be to edit the information you requested to change.
