Update My Uploaded Documents

Summary

This article explains what to do if you need to upload documents, but have already indicated you do not need to upload anything, or have uploaded incorrect documents.

Example: An admin has rejected documentation you uploaded, perhaps because you uploaded the wrong file or an outdated document.
Example: When submitting your I-9, you wrongly selected "Skip this step", which certifies you do not need any I-9 verification documents to be uploaded and/or you have submitted them separately to your employer.

Walk-Through

1. Your employer is able to review your onboarding documentation and will have to allow you to re-upload documents if needed.

2. Wait for an email, or indication from your employer that it is time for you to upload documents.

3. Follow the instructions in the email, or log-in separately and look for a notification banner (at the top of the screen) which will have a "click here" link to send you to upload the required documents. You may also find where to upload your documents in the Action Required tab on the left-hand navigation bar.
