Summary
Employee Self-Service (or ESS) is a service only available to CyberPay Online (CPO) users. For those using CyberPay Online, ESS provides a quick way to sign-in to the CyberHire system and edit forms.
This article details employee self service (ESS), updating your information, and how you can get one-click access to update your profile. You may want to use this feature if you already spend a lot of time in CyberPay Online or the Employee Self-Service portal, and want to quickly access CyberHire. ESS can be used as a Single Sign On (SSO) option to CyberHire from CPO.
Or if you have a CyberPay Online account, but are new to CyberHire, and would like to fill out CyberHire documents.
Walk-Through
Below are the steps you will need to take to access CyberHire through ESS:
1) Have an ESS account
a) To set up an account, head over to the ESS login page
(link: https://ess.cyberpayonline.com/core/Home/VerifyEmployee)
b) Under the "New User" tab, fill out the necessary information. Your Company Code is something that can be found in CyberHire on the Company Information box on the Dashboard. It is specifically used to connect CyberHire to CPO.
2) Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
a) Upon logging into ESS, you should proceed to "Update My Info." However, to access the features here, you will be prompted to enable multi-factor authentication, either by email or phone.
3) Click the button
a) In the "Update My Info" section, you click the button, "I want to view/change my tax withholdings," and be taken straight to CyberHire, without having to login to CyberHire separately (this is Single-Sign-On functionality).
Note: If the button does not appear, that means your CPO account is not properly linked to CyberHire.)
1 - If you have had a CPO account prior to your company enabling CyberHire, it is possible you need to perform a small update (any update) to your personal information first, so that the CPO system will send your information over to CyberHire.
2 - Check that your company IS a company with CyberHire enabled and that your email address does not conflict with current CyberHire users)
