Summary
This article will show you how to download a worker's completed forms/documents.
You will want to do this if you need to print off a physical copy of a document or have your own file organization system for virtual document files.
Walk-Through
Note: When a worker has completely filled out their paperwork and signed it, admins will receive notification that paperwork has been filled out. It is common at this time to review the completed forms/documents. (Please note that as of this time, I-9 verification forms are being built into the platform for workers to be able to upload, but as of right now, those forms of verifications still have to be collected separately.)
1. Login to CyberHire/Onboard and make sure you are managing the right company/end-client.
2. Navigate to the "View Worker" page of the worker you want to access and download. You can do this by clicking on "View" or the worker's name.
4. Here you will see an overview their worker information and any forms/documents they have reviewed.
Note: If you see no forms or documents, the worker has not yet completed or signed any forms/documents. Any forms/documents they complete will show up for you to view and download.
a. Notice there are Icons next to the document names. You can hover over the icons to see if and when an e-signature was or was not required for a certain document.
5. Scroll down and hit the button on the far right () to download a document or form that was completed.
