Summary
This article will show you how to upload documents for a worker and how to approve their I-9 verification documents if they did not upload anything to the digital platform. You may want to do this if the employee has already given you their I-9 documents in person.

Note: New workers can choose to skip the upload for I-9 verification by clicking "Submit in Person" when filling out their digital paperwork (see screenshot below)
Walk-Through
1. Navigate to the worker.
2. Click on the Worker Uploads tab.
3. Then click the "Upload Additional Document" button.
4. This will trigger a pop-up window in which you can upload your document.
a. Note that you must select a Document Label, which should be the relevant I-9 document, or you may select "Other" for a miscellaneous document.
c. For your convenience, you have the option to add I-9 supporting document info here (such as the Document I.D.).
b. You will probably want to "Accept" the document, but may also wait to do so later.
5. Don't forget to approve any unapproved I-9 forms.
6. Now you can complete the I-9 as normal in the I-9 section. A full tutorial for this can found here.
