Summary
This article shows how to make it possible for employers to sign documents after they have already been filled out by the worker. This feature allows for the document to be "approved" by an admin or signed-off on.
Steps
1. The first step is to go to the "Documents" tab and click "Add Fillable Document".
2. From here you will want to add a Document title that would be understood by your onboarded workers as well as choose the file that you will want to add signature fields and/or other fields to.
3. You will also want to check the "Admin Review Required" option prior to starting the document creation process.
4. Next you will want to add the appropriate fields that you will need the worker and yourself (the admin) to fill out.
In order for a field to be assigned to you as the admin you will need to
- click advance settings
- place a "2" in the party section
This will assign the field you created to you as the admin to sign off on later.
5. After you submit the document, you can go Invite a Worker to Fill Out Paperwork
and click the document to be sent that you just created to be sent out to the onboarded worker.
The new worker will see a new documents is available for review at the top of their dashboard.
6. Lastly, after the worker signs their portion of the document, you as the admin will go to "Action Required" and then under "Documents to be Reviewed" you will see the document they signed prepared for you to sign off.
