Walk-Through
1. Navigate to the worker you wish to edit.
2. Next, click on the I-9 Review tab.
3. In this example, no I-9 documents have been accepted yet, so you must first approve the worker's uploaded I-9 documents:
4. When approving an I-9 document, you must select "Use this upload as an I-9 verification document" in order for it to populate the I-9.
5. Back under the I-9 setup tap, you can see the accepted I-9 verification documents, and may proceed with filling out any additional I-9 information.
6. It is a good idea to "Preview I-9 Form" to ensure the information is correct before clicking "Approve & Complete I-9 Form."
NOTE: The worker will receive an email letting them know their I-9 documentation has been accepted.
