Upload a File (including a Voided Check)

Summary

This article will show you how to upload additional documents/files during your onboarding process.

This happens as part of the initial onboarding paperwork, after filling out forms and direct deposit information.

Onboard/Cyberhire allows you to upload a voided check as part of the onboarding process. It also allows you to upload "other" files—those can be things like licenses, industry specific certifications, background verification forms, or other documents that have been filled out prior, etc. This step can be skipped entirely by those that do not need to upload any documents.

Walk-Through

1. Once you have been invited to the system, you will go through all the steps to fill out your information. Then you will come to a page that says "Upload Additional Documents".

2. You must upload documents one at a time, but you can upload more than one document. Choose from one of the two buttons whether it is a bank account support document—used to complete your direct deposit enrollment—or another document. Examples of "other" documents include background check consent form, a signed offer letter, a specific license you have, etc.

3. Once you choose the document type and label, upload the document. Only image files and PDFs are accepted.

4. You will see how you uploaded your document successfully. If desired/needed, upload any other documents now.

5. You will see a list of all the files you have uploaded on the right hand side of the page. Once you have the files you need, hit 'Save & Finish'. If you do not want to upload any documents, you can also hit finished. For now, you cannot navigate back to this page as a worker, so if you skip this step and choose to not upload any documents, know that you will NOT be able to add documents later.

6. These documents will now be available for your admin to review. There are two ways to do this. They can see them by clicking on your name or by hitting View. This is what they will then see. If they hit uploads, they can access your uploaded documents here:

The other, and more common way is to click on the status icon next to their name on the main dashboard:

Then you will see a screen like this, where you will hit "Worker Uploads":

Now you will be able to see the Worker Uploads to review those documents:
