2. That worker will out their forms as they normally would, and they'll eventually come to the TSA Form 419F to fill out:

TIP: Be sure you are aware you can "scroll through" and navigate through the form via the icons at the top of the page and the bottom of the page, as shown below. Here is the button at the top of the page:

Here is the button at the bottom of the page:

3. Once the worker reviews and fills out the form. They can hit the green "Approve & sign" button and continue through the rest of their onboarding paperwork to completion.

4. As normal, admins will be notified that worker has completed their onboarding paperwork when it has been completed. Now an admin can login to Onboard/Cyberhire, and visit the navigation that says "Action Required" in order to take next steps to sign that form themselves, since the TSA Form 419F requires a signature from the employer as well:

5. On the "Action Required" page, you will see a list of documents that need your signature/review. (Below that, you will see Employees and Independent Contractors whose status is pending, and therefore they also require action, so they are also listed on this page for you.) In this case, we just want to focus on reviewing the worker's TSA Form 419F and signing it as an employer. You can click on the pencil icon under "Sign":

6. The document will open it up and you can review it and sign off on it. When you are ready to e-sign it, simply click where your name appears.

Once you have clicked the grey/red signature, it will turn green, showing you have taken the first step to signing it. Add the required date as well to the form:

7. Last, hit "Approve & Sign" at the bottom of your screen.

8. The document will now be completely filled out by your worker and will be signed by you and available under their name.

NOTE: They would still be "pending" as a worker, in this case, unless the employer also takes the other steps to review their OTHER paperwork and mark them as accepted.
